REIKI

Reiki is a gentle, but powerful form of healing that works on every level. Through the laying on of hands, the Reiki healer acts as a channel for the divine Goddess force to flow through. As the recipient lies down, or sits, the intelligence of Goddess travels to wherever healing needs to be done. Reiki works at the cellular level and can have profound benefits to those suffering from almost any disease – be it mental, physical, or spiritual.

Reiki is not a new method of healing: it is ancient – far older than most realize. The popular history of Reiki – that of a Japanese man named Mikao Usui having been its “re-discoverer” – is one that is steeped in myth. Some believe that this version of Reiki’s history is pure fabrication – some go so far as to say that there is no proof that Usui even existed. Someone, somewhere, was responsible for re-discovering this most ancient of healing technologies – as well as its symbols. For millennia, Reiki and its symbols were a closely guarded secret. Religious brotherhoods kept them hidden from the rest of humanity for fear that they would fall into the wrong hands.

Reiki was brought to earth by beings who embodied the intelligence and light of Goddess. Before humans descended into denseness and the limitations of 3-dimensional reality, they were beings of light – they were able to access the healing forces of the cosmos.

“We are returning home to ancient ways… Reconnecting human DNA and reclaiming our heritage as light beings is almost a metaphor for Reiki”. Diana Stein, (Reiki Master).

SHAMANISM

Shamanism is an ancient system of healing that is at least 50,000 years old – I suspect that it is much older than that. Like Reiki, beings who had a sophisticated understanding of the role that the soul has to play in the healing process, brought shamanic medicine to our planet.

In the shamanic world, all things boil down to energy. One of the shamanic practitioner’s roles is to help the healee to an understanding of where their energy and power are getting lost. If enough energy is lost, we lose our personal power: addictions, negative emotions, and continual exposure to toxic environments, are examples of where our power can seep out.

Soul loss can also occur: this is an extreme case of energy and power loss. When soul loss happens, the shamanic practitioner goes on a journey to find the lost soul fragment(s) in order to return with it and give it back to the healee.

Other problems can occur: the shamanic practitioner is always checking to see if there are any intrusions lodged within a healee’s luminous body, or physical body. If there are, the shamanic practitioner performs an extraction to remove it. Shamanic healing can benefit those suffering from physical illness, as well as mental illness.

Unlike the conventional, “vertical” shamanic world view, (the upper, lower, and middle world cosmology), FlowerSoldier shamanism takes as its world view the breadth and wisdom of the cosmic feminine blueprint – spirit goes sideways, not up and down. All things have to be aligned to Goddess in order for health to thrive. FlowerSoldier shamanism recognizes that almost all illness and disease is a direct result of the loss of planetary honouring of the Cosmic Mother. Without a strong connection to our sacred feminine origins, there can be no balance – within or without.
